Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the deadline expires.

2. Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs
( excluding additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our standard delivery option).

The refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this refund .

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is the earlier.

After receiving the goods, we have up to 14 days to inspect them and complete the refund.

3. Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to the following address within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your cancellation:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired.

4. Return shipping costs

We will cover the return shipping costs .

5. Loss of Value

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
