Cancellation & Returns

Right of Withdrawal (Right to Return)

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason

The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement by email:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification in good time.


2. Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel your contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including free delivery (since we do not charge delivery fees).

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used when placing your order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.


3. Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to the following address no later than 14 days after submitting your cancellation :

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of this period.


4. Return shipping costs

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer , regardless of whether the goods are defective or not (legally permissible).

4.1 Return of parcel goods

You are free to choose your parcel service provider.
Typical costs: approximately €10 per parcel (guideline).

Once the goods have been received, you will receive a confirmation by email.
The refund will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the goods.

If the order has not yet left our warehouse, there are no return shipping costs .


4.2 Return of palletized goods

You can choose:

Option A – Collection by our shipping company

  • We will arrange the collection for you
  • The shipping company will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
  • The customer bears the costs of the return transport.
  • The actual costs depend on weight and distance and will be calculated after receipt of the goods.

Option B – Own shipping company

You can hire your own shipping company.
All costs and organization are the customer's responsibility.

Refund: within 7 working days of receipt of goods.


5. Exchanges

We offer an exchange service for both:

  • defective or damaged goods
  • as well as for goods that you wish to return for other reasons

If you would like to exchange an item, simply inform us by email.
We will then explain the quickest procedure to you.


6. Information on pallet and heavy load transport

If the goods have already been handed over to the shipping company, the customer bears all return shipping costs.

Please note the following conditions for returns and deliveries:

  • Road without truck restrictions (> 25 t)
  • Minimum road width: approx. 4 meters
  • Dead ends must have a turning area.

These conditions also apply to returns in the context of a cancellation.


7. Loss of Value

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling which was not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
