Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following countries:

• Germany
• Austria

Delivery Costs

Delivery is completely free .
For all delivery addresses within the regions listed above, €0 delivery costs will be displayed in the shopping cart.
If your address cannot be delivered to, a corresponding message will appear automatically

Processing and shipping times

• Order cut-off : Orders received before 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be processed the same day
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next day.

Timeframes

• Processing time: 3 to 5 business days
• Shipping time after processing: 5 to 7 business days

The estimated delivery time is therefore a total of 8 to 12 working days .

Delivery Method

Delivery is made by truck with unloading equipment (e.g., crane) to ensure safe and efficient unloading.
All necessary unloading equipment is provided free of charge

Access to the delivery address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accessible for heavy goods vehicles:

• No traffic bans for vehicles over 25 tons
• The road should be at least 4 meters wide.
• Dead ends must have a turning area.
• The unloading point must be safely accessible for the truck.

Our drivers are experienced and can handle difficult access routes such as gravel roads, slight inclines or curbs.

Returns & Cancellations

• The customer bears the costs for returns.
• If you cancel your order within the statutory cancellation period and the goods have not yet left our warehouse , there are no costs
